INTRO

I joined Dumbo Moving & Storage in 2020 to turn social into a real growth channel. The first goal was simple and hard at the same time. Make the feed look professional, keep it active, and build the kind of engagement New Yorkers trust as social proof when choosing a mover.

In 2023 I stepped into the Social Media Head role and expanded into marketing and partnerships. I built a consistent content system, launched creator programs, and formed collaborations across the city, including sports and community partners. The work connected creative storytelling with measurable results and made the brand easier to discover, like, and buy from.

Collaboration became the engine behind Dumbo Moving’s social media growth. From local micro creators to well known city personalities, each partnership focused on authentic stories that showed what moving in New York really feels like.

User generated content from customers and crews added genuine proof. Real clips, quick reactions, and small everyday moments made the brand feel human and close to its audience. Together, influencer storytelling and UGC turned engagement into trust and trust into new bookings.
